Clay County Veterans Memorial Park

The Clay County Veterans Memorial Park is located behind the Clay County Courthouse on Town Branch Road. It honors the residents of Clay County Kentucky who lost their lives while serving in the armed forces, from the Civil War to the present-day.

The center piece of the Clay County Veterans Memorial Park is a brick wall with seven engraved black marble slabs containing the names of fallen veterans. Above each of the marble slabs are the emblems of the Coast Guard, Army, Air Force, Navy and Marines. The park also features a fountain and an M1A2 155mm howitzer.
