Other City Departments
The office of Mayor Steve Collins is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the city, as well as grant-writing and securing funding for projects.

Manchester Water Works is the provider of water and wastewater services for the city of Manchester. Their goal is to ensure reliable, quality services city to residents.
The Manchester, KY Police Department diligently ensures public safety, enforces local laws, and fosters a secure environment for residents and visitors alike.
The Manchester, KY Fire Department responds to fire alarms, medical emergencies, hazardous materials, search and rescue situations and other calls to protect life and property.
The City Clerk is responsible for administrative duties and maintaining all city records. All open records requests should be directed to the office of the City Clerk.
