City of Manchester Fire Department is an all-volunteer fire department and is located adjacent to Manchester City Hall at 207 Church St, Manchester, KY. The department was established in 1938 and has continued strong since then.

MFD has a strong brotherhood and strives to save lives, protect property and strengthen community relationships with professionalism, courage and dedication.

They are also available to provide mutual aid as requested by surrounding departments.

The department is led by Fire Chief, Jason Nolan.
